Shop Policies


Please allow 3-5 business days for processing as some items are made to order. This processing time does not include shipping time; if you choose tracked parcel shipping, this can take anywhere from 2-6 business days. If you choose untracked Lettermail, your pieces may take up to 14 business days to arrive. Please note, these shipping times do extend during holidays.

At checkout, you will have 2 options for tracked parcel shipping through Canada Post; Expedited, Xpresspost. Shipping is calculated at checkout once you have input your address. Orders over $75 automatically ship for free using Expedited shipping.

There is also an affordable untracked option available; items are shipped through Canada Post Lettermail for a flat-rate of $3.50. This option is not available for custom keychains or larger beaded pieces as these items are one-of-a-kind and cannot be replaced if lost through regular mail. 

Once an item has shipped, you will receive an email notifying you that your order is on its way. If you've chosen tracked shipping at checkout, your email will include your tracking number. This tracking number will show your estimated date of arrival once Canada post has updated the information on their end.

I am not liable for the amount of time the post office takes to scan in an item once I drop it off, or if a package is lost by Canada Post. Once an item leaves my hands, I am not responsible for issues that may be caused by Canada Post, including delayed delivery, lost items, stolen items, etc.

I will not refund or replace these items on this basis. You must contact Canada Post directly regarding your items if there is an issue such as delayed, lost or damaged shipment.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellation Details


I will honor requests to cancel orders within 24 hours of their purchase, but I will not cancel orders past 24 hours of placement for any reason. This is my standard policy, and I cannot make exceptions for cases of:
1. Failing to let me know an item needs to arrive by a specific date
2. Not reading my information on processing/shipping times, which can be found in each item description and the shop policies section.

If you are unhappy with your item once it is received, please let me know immediately so I can try to resolve any issue if there was a mistake on my part. Buyer must pay return shipping if a return is requested. If you do not contact me within three days of delivery, I will not issue refunds, grant returns, or mail replacements.

All items are completely handmade, therefore some small imperfections that fall within a normal range for a handmade item may occur. Examples of these may include small bubbles, slight variances of color from what appears on screen, or other small marks that in no way affect the functionality or overall aesthetic appeal of an item. Returns will not be accepted on the basis of small imperfections such as these.

Most issues can be avoided by reading the description of each item carefully before purchasing, so you are not surprised by receiving an item that is unlike what you expected. Polymer clay is a unique material that can easily be visually confused for ceramic, but feels absolutely nothing like it in person.

I cannot replace items if they break or are otherwise damaged while in your possession, or with regular use. I am not liable or responsible for replacing lost earrings that fall off and get lost during use. If you lose an earring, please contact me for the option to purchase one single earring to match the lost one.

Many styles of earrings may be fragile and should be handled with care. If pieces are bent or roughly scratched they will likely break. I will not replace items that have been damaged due to rough handling after they're safely delivered to you.
